Troup House employs staff who are well qualified and also have a real aptitude for making positive appropriate relationships with vulnerable young people. The school has a training officer who collates training needs and ensures access to appropriate training.

Currently four members of staff, supported by the school, are engaged in high level training. This includes studying for MSC in management.
